Badass woman with fantasy weapon

The guns shoots love because in theory i dont like guns, but i had that image in my head and i had to paint it. I painted this with a break in between, it did help me think about the light source more, but I also ended up not changing the clothing colors. Would you believe me if at first i imagined her in all black clothing with a white background? Will take this knowledge to the next piece.
I have an issue with deep colorful colors and contrast, my eyes love contrast too much! Will focus on colors next painting!
